Neighbor Nation Vendor Guidelines Agreement

Effective Date: August 28th, 2026

1. Introduction

The Neighbor Nation Vendor Guidelines Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all vendor activity on NeighborNation.net (“Neighbor Nation LLC,” “the Platform”). These guidelines work together with the User Agreement, Privacy Policy, Code of Conduct, and Vendor Subscription Policy.

By becoming a Vendor, you agree to follow all Neighbor Nation policies and uphold our community mission:

Neighbors helping neighbors — farmers, ranchers, homesteaders, hobbyists, handcrafters, and small home-based businesses providing fresh goods and friendly services directly to the community.

2. Vendor Eligibility

To qualify as a Vendor, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Maintain an active Neighbor Nation member account

• Maintain an active Vendor Subscription ($11/month)

• Provide accurate contact and payment information

• Maintain a PayPal account (required for payouts)

• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws related to your products

Neighbor Nation may approve, deny, or revoke Vendor status at any time.

3. Required PayPal Account

All Vendors must have an active PayPal account and must use that account when enrolling in the Vendor Subscription.

Neighbor Nation uses PayPal’s business payout system to send Vendor earnings. Without a PayPal account, Neighbor Nation cannot issue payouts.

If your PayPal account becomes restricted or invalid, payouts will be paused until resolved.

4. Allowed Products & Categories

All products listed on Neighbor Nation must fit within our approved categories and align with our community theme.

Approved Categories

• Farm Goods

• Livestock & Farm Animals

• Handcrafted Items

• Homestead Products

• Home-Based Business Goods

• Hobbyist Creations

• Neighbor-Based Services

Prohibited Items

• Pet sales (adoption only)

• Financial or real estate services

• Sexual content or adult products

• Illegal items or items requiring licensing you do not possess

• Mass-produced retail items not made, grown, or crafted by you

• Counterfeit or trademark-infringing goods

Neighbor Nation may remove any listing that does not fit our categories or theme.

5. Listing Requirements

All listings must be:

• Accurate and honest

• Clearly priced

• Truthfully described

• Supported by appropriate photos

• Updated when inventory changes

• Compliant with all Neighbor Nation policies

• Listed with FREE shipping only (see Section 6)

Listings must not include sexualized images, offensive content, or misleading claims.

6. Free Shipping Requirement

Neighbor Nation supports FREE shipping only. All Vendors must agree to provide free shipping on every product they list.

How Vendors Handle Shipping Costs

If necessary, Vendors may:

• Include their shipping costs within the product price

• Adjust product pricing to cover packaging, postage, or carrier fees

Customers must see:

• One product price

• FREE shipping

• No additional shipping fees at checkout

Why This Is Required

• Ensures a consistent customer experience

• Prevents surprise fees

• Simplifies checkout

• Aligns with Neighbor Nation’s marketplace structure

Failure to Comply

Listings that include shipping fees, add-on shipping charges, or misleading “shipping not included” language may be:

• Hidden

• Removed

• Corrected by the Vendor

• Cause suspension of Vendor privileges

7. Quality & Safety Standards

Vendors are responsible for ensuring:

• Products are safe

• Food items comply with cottage food laws

• Livestock is healthy and humanely cared for

• Handmade items are produced responsibly

• Services are performed safely and professionally

Reports of animal neglect or abuse will result in immediate removal.

8. Vendor Conduct Requirements

Vendors must follow all rules in the Code of Conduct, including:

• No sexual content

• No harassment

• No illegal activity

• Respectful communication

• Honest business practices

• Appropriate presentation in photos

• No deceptive marketing

Neighbor Nation is a family-friendly marketplace.

9. Order Fulfillment & Communication

Vendors agree to:

• Respond to customers promptly

• Fulfill orders within the stated timeframe

• Communicate clearly about pickup, delivery, or shipping

• Notify customers of delays

• Resolve disputes professionally

Repeated fulfillment issues may result in removal.

10. Subscription & Fees

Vendor access requires an active Vendor Subscription ($11/month). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic monthly billing

• No refunds for partial months

• Immediate cancellation through your dashboard

• Listing removal if your subscription lapses

11. Prohibited Vendor Actions

The following actions may result in suspension or removal:

• Selling prohibited items

• Violating the Code of Conduct

• Fraudulent behavior

• Chargeback abuse

• Repeated customer complaints

• Posting sexual or inappropriate content

• Misrepresenting product origin or quality

• Adding shipping fees

• Promoting unrelated businesses

Neighbor Nation may remove any Vendor or listing at its discretion.

12. Compliance With Laws

Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including:

• Cottage food regulations

• Livestock sale laws

• Local business requirements

• Tax obligations

• Safety and labeling standards

Neighbor Nation does not provide legal advice.

13. Termination of Vendor Access

Neighbor Nation may suspend or terminate Vendor access for:

• Violations of this Agreement

• Violations of the User Agreement or Code of Conduct

• Illegal activity

• Failure to maintain an active subscription

• Failure to maintain a Business PayPal account

• Failure to comply with FREE shipping requirements

• Repeated customer issues

Terminated vendors are not entitled to refunds.

14. Agreement Acceptance

By becoming a Vendor on NeighborNation.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to:

• This Vendor Guidelines Agreement

• The User Agreement

• The Privacy Policy

• The Code of Conduct

• The Vendor Subscription Policy

You agree to uphold the Neighbor Nation theme and contribute positively to our community marketplace.
